Dubai Inspired Chocolate Macaron

One summer, while traveling through Dubai, I was inspired by the richness and elegance of the Gulf region. This trip will always be one of the most inspiration travel adventures of my lifetime. The cuisine was outstanding—bold, indulgent, and beautifully crafted.

With the recent Dubai chocolate trend making its way around, it felt like the perfect moment to bring that inspiration back in our own way.

This macaron features delicate chocolate shells filled with a hand-crafted pistachio crème, blended with roasted kataifi for a subtle crunch and rich, nutty finish. It’s a layered, indulgent bite that captures both tradition and trend in one refined treat.

A blend of travel inspiration and a modern-day chic, thoughtfully fused together recreated for the Sweet Station during the month of May.
